Based in Cumbria
One of the countries leading term maintenance and Civil Engineering contractors currently requires a Regional Civil Engineering Director/General Manager to be based in their Cumbria based office.
The Civil Engineering arm of this large organisation specialises in Heavy Civil works up to a value of £15m ranging from WWTW, Roads and Wind Farms.
In this role you will have experience of profit and loss responsibility within a major contracting organisation. You must also be able to demonstrate an ability to manage projects and solve business problems and follow through with appropriate actions. The client is ideally looking for a team player with proven skills to manage a workforce and set direction and strategy as well as maintain control of detail. With a strong Civil Engineering background you will ideally be in an existing management role looking for a natural progression in your career within this well respected organisation.
