Director of Customer Quality Assurance - Data Stor
Hampshire - South Central / Coast
Leading technology organisation in Hampshire require an experienced Director of Customer Quality Assurance within the area of data storage systems to join their innovative and world-leading team.
The main focus of this role is to lead customer quality assurance but the candidate will require a strong technical and product development background. This role will be the main interface between key customers and the product development teams but liaise closely with quality, procurement, operations and suppliers.
Applicants MUST have a strong understanding of data storage / server systems and a proven capability as a business / engineering / programme manager or director within the technology sector.
Candidates should be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline (electronics, computer science, etc) and programme or business management qualifications would be an advantage. Experience of data storage systems design and development (high-capacity, high-performance for NAS, RAID, Fibre Channel SAN and IP Storage) is essential as is a proven ability in dealing with multi-national client bases.
