Director of Sales

Our client is a market leading manufacturer of OEM and retro fit systems for mobile and static diesel powered systems. They seek a Director of Sales to head up both the OEM and aftermarket sales activity.
The ideal candidate will be graduate caliber, charismatic and inspirational to others; able to lead and motivate their team and comfortable in an open management environment. They will have an understanding of the sales process and be able to initiate and develop colaborative relationships as well as drive and motivate sales in others; they must also be prepared to travel extensively in UK and Europe. Industry experience would be a benefit but is not a prerequisite, as would be a second European language.
