Director Performance & Asset Management Consulting

This Business Consultancy provides strategic and procurement advisory services to clients across a number of market sectors (transport, property, public sector, finance, energy and environment). These include commercial, strategic, technical, financial and PPP advice to both private and public sector clients.

One of the groups core skills is routed in business Performance improvement, change, Project and programme management, and asset management either during due diligence, in acquisition, in construction or in operations they offer their clients the capability to mange programmes of technological, business or organisational change to drive performance improvements and realise programme and project benefits.

Core responsibilities of the team include the provision of specialist advice to internal and external clients on:

•Performance Improvement
.Business transformation and change management
•Project, programme and portfolio management
•Project governance and project structuring
•Establishing project, programme, portfolio management offices
•Project quality reviews and independent assessment
•Asset Management


The successful candidate will be expected to build capability in the practice, develop clear market propositions, develop business and manage delivery. The business strategy is to do this with clients who have asset based businesses and to capitalise on existing relationship. Ideally the person sought should have substantial experience as a consultant working with business change and PPM and have experience of working with clients on strategic change programmes in asset-based businesses. International experience and a second language would be an advantage.

Background and experience

•Experience as a project/programme or change management or asset management consultant in a mainstream management consultancy or with a strong background in delivering business change in client environment
•Broad exposure to range of client situations in a variety of sectors but experience of clients with asset based businesses would be an advantage.
•Experience of working with structured project and programme delivery methods
•Experience of applying change management approaches to clients situations.
