STATUTORY ACCOUNTING & CORPORATE AFFAIRS - GERMANY

Main duties will be to support and advise the group of companies worldwide on accounting and valuation issues, to create financial statements for the entire group, implement the overseas cash pooling system, and maintain and supervise compliance with the inter-company transfer pricing policy. The appointee will report directly to the CFO.

At least five years’ experience in a similar position, gained at international medium-size companies or auditing firms, is required. Candidates should have a degree or equivalent accreditation in economics, with a focus on finance/accounting, complemented by strong IFRS/US GAAP/Commercial Code knowledge.
Fluent English and basic German language ability will be essential in this position.
