District Manager – Eastern Europe

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading company in the supply of both products and services to global oil & gas exploration and production companies. My client is looking to strengthen their core teams in various regions globally with the appointment of key District Managers, this position is specific to Romania.

With a background in either drilling, fishing or completion services they are seeking highly motivated individuals who believe they possess the necessary technical, commercial and interpersonal skills to succeed in a challenging environment.

Your key focus will be to develop and grow the company’s product range in line with a global strategy and to accomplish this in areas where the company has limited resource and previous minimal representation. You will be tasked with developing strong relationships with local agents and product line managers to maximise growth and revenue streams. A heavy emphasis of the role will be the promotion of health, safety and environment culture through training, risk identification and resolution and quality management. Management experience is also a prerequisite as you will direct and support operations mangers and engineers and supervisors in the region.
