E-Commerce Manager

The e-commerce manager is responsible for overall management and operation of the online channel. The primary focus will be on the achievement of the sales forecast and gross margin targets. You will manage day to day e-commerce functions across merchandising, fulfilment and customer support. The initial priority will be developing a strategic 3 year plan for the e-commerce channel.

• Driving the e-commerce development plan to achieve sales target of £10m by 2011.
• Development of the group e-commerce function to include two sites.
• Launch Euro versions of the e-commerce sites for the Eire market.
• Ensures that all qualitative and quantative sales targets are met.
• Works with the Marketing Manager and Real TSP to deliver a online marketing calendar.

Previous Experience:
• At least 5 years retail experience.
• Functional expertise in one or several of the following key e-commerce areas: merchandising, catalogue building, fulfilment and customer support.
• Planning/organisation skills and supervisory experience.
• A broad understanding of e-commerce functionality and fulfilment process.
