This company, part of a global communications business specialises in Medical Education services for its clients. They are well established, highly successful and while they have grown their business Internationally they still maintain a strong sense of identity, team work and stability. Board members within this business have been in the organisation since its inception over 20 years ago, and they continue to grow the business with drive and passion.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a highly skilled team of associate editorial directors, editorial team leaders, scientific advisors and chief medical writers who combine powerful writing skills with expertise in medical science. You will be responsible for building on the Company’s established reputation for scientific integrity and writing excellence in medical education programmes by monitoring and improving the quality and content of the services provided to clients. You will be working with account and editorial teams to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions to meet clients’ marketing and communication objectives and by providing strategic consultation to clients.
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences and ideally also possess a Masters, PhD or PharmD. It is also essential that you have a wealth of relevant medical marketing writing experience either within agency or pharmaceutical and have experience in mentoring and managing staff.
