Our client is a global leader in IT software and services. A new role has been created in the E-commerce team for a Consumer Acquisition specialist to help grow the business across the EMEA region.

The role:
• Development of new business within the Consumer Online segment across all EMEA, to include business developed via Trials, OEMS, Web Traffic, Social Media, Channel-to-Online, 3rd party deals, and Partners
• Create and output marketing activity to drive revenue and increase trials within the online environment. This includes development of programmes to make major increases in overall rate of trial/product activation, utilisation and conversion to a sale.
• Work in conjunction with the marketing team to create integrated online/offline campaigns, as well as develop marketing and promotional activity via the channel where appropriate
• Source, manage and utilise eCommerce and Marketing agencies to develop activity and planning
• Create a functional prospecting database that can be fed into long-term and utilised to create new business
• Develop the quantity and quality of our marketing activity via Nexway and Softkey eCommerce vendors, including improvement to the virtual distribution model and the expansion of our new business into Eastern Europe/other new territories.
• Manage all aspects of OEM development for the online conversion of Trialists to customers, in conjunction with the regional and global teams
• Implement all research programmes pertaining to Prospects/new customers and Brand awareness

The candidate:
• Proven online marketing experience gained within the TMT sector from a B2C perspective
• International Experience
• Successfully created and delivered integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong 3rd party supplier experience
• Ideally a graduate with a business related degree
• Strong negotiating skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong team player with a flexible approach to work
