Our client is an independent, international, “non Big 4” consulting firm, with very ambitious plans to dramatically expand the scope of its operations in the UK and Europe which will offer significant career and salary growth opportunity. The finance and performance management practice is therefore in an exciting phase of growth and development supported by its well established and successful existing business. They seek exemplary consultancy professionals to shape, grow and deliver profitable business, contributing to their current and future success.
Situated within the expanding Financial Management practice, these roles will consult to an exemplary client portfolio, including FTSE 250 organisations, providing such services as Performance Management, Finance Transformation and shared services to improve finance function effectiveness.
Successful candidates will have a demonstrable record in the delivery of such financial consultancy services within a highly regarded management consulting firm, and are likely to have gained financial training and development from within the big 4. An accounting qualification is particularly desirable, although not mandatory: experience within the retail, energy or financial services sectors would be attractive but is not essential. With clients located UK wide, complete flexibility to travel will also be required.
