NDT OIL & GAS
£80,000 - £90,000 + Exec package
In response to growing demand within the business, an Engineering & Technical Services Manager is required to head the Oil & Gas engineering inspection and Corrosion management teams. This position will lead the Non Destructive Testing (NDT) operations and will report directly to the Managing Director. Given the highly technological nature of the business there are many interfaces which need to be managed by the job holder. The business is based in Grange mouth, however position can be home based with travel expected in the UK and Europe.
Your key tasks will be as follows:
• Management and Leadership of the engineering Inspection team.
• Ensuring all Asset Integrity and other statutory obligations are met by the business.
• Assist in the development of major tenders with new and existing clients
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position you should be experienced and have the gravitas to work at a senior level and have a significant background in the areas of NDT and failure analysis in the Oil & Gas industry. The following skills are required:
• Chartered Engineer status is essential.
• In-depth understanding of failure analysis and asset integrity.
• Demonstrable ability to drive change and continuous improvement in a global environment using communication skills to support the needs of a multi-national organisation.
• Leadership skills, facilitation skills, analytical skills, training skills, and global mindset are all necessary attributes.
Remuneration
£80,000 to £90,000 dependent on experience. Executive package including Car, Pension and Bonus scheme.
