As a result of their continued growth they have a brand new opportunity for a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to act as Lead Architect for assigned technology domains within Hosting and to drive architectural process and deliverables through the project lifecycle.
This is a pivotal role providing a high degree of visibility, its main function is to define, maintain and own the technology roadmap for allocated domains, ensuring Product, Operational and End Customer requirements are met while hosting technology goals are achieved. The successful Enterprise Architect will be responsible for providing objective solution recommendations whilst developing architecture that delivers product and service standards at the right cost point.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Solution / Enterprise Architecture background within hosting / data centre services, an understanding of the concepts of Cloud Computing and solid technical skills that includes Networking, IT Services, Network Infrastructure, Storage, Virtualisation and Server Infrastructure.
include Virtualisation, Redhat / Windows / Solaris build and patch management in a Hosting Centre environment, experience of storage solutions and knowledge of IP Networking amongst others. The role will give you a high degree of visibility within the organisation and through working with the Product Managers and Data Centre Managers you will use your experience and knowledge to provide input into new products being offered.
