Award winning Software and Managed Services Organisation seeks, Software Sales Manager/Business Development Manager selling at Enterprise level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic software company experiencing rapid growth in Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia. There workforce is mobile, highly decentralised, and rapidly expanding. We are looking for an experienced and professional Enterprise Software Sales Manager in our Richmond, Surrey office. This dynamic role is a key part of the sales team and includes a blend of lead generation activities for new business, direct, and channel opportunities to help grow market share and revenues.
Due to the nature of there products, they are looking for people with strong and PROVEN sales experience in IT sales. To be considered, you will have:
Responsibilities:
•Experience selling similar or related products to IT senior management, such as systems and desktop management solutions.
•Members of our sales organisation must be energetic team players with exceptional organisational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
•Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
•Strong lead management, prospecting and negotiation/closing skills.
•Maintaining their own contact management database and submit timely sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications:
•At least 3 years sales experience with:
•Demonstrated ability to prospect/qualify using various techniques, including cold calling
•Demonstrated ability to manage a sales process, including negotiating sales opportunities to closure

The compensation plan for this position is designed for a top performing, experienced Sales professional and is commensurate with the candidate's industry sales experience. We seek leaders capable of growing a sales practise. Your remuneration package will consist of a basic salary between £50,000 - £55,000 with an uncapped commission structure, with earning potentials of over £90,000.
