With a Main group that has a current turnover of over £2 Billion, this high performing business outlet are in the process of growing their Turnover from £110 Million to £200 Million within the next 2 years.
With a focus on Timber Frame apartment buildings within the UK, this contractor are looking to grow this business unit over the next two years and to do that, they are in need of strong Estimators within current teams.
The current project portfolio includes developments up to £50 Million, and the scope of works can include Social Housing, Nursing Homes and small Supermarket Stores.
The main objectives of the role include the preparation of profitable tenders (on a competitive or negotiated basis), management the tender in accordance with Company procedures from it’s arrival through to rejection or acceptance and fulfilling the wider Bid Management role when required.
