Experience
A comprehensive knowledge of estimating and tendering procedures Substantial experience in estimating within the construction industry A suitable and recognised qualification in building would be desirable A background in new build construction Knowledge of Conquest Estimating System an advantage
The Role
To provide realistic new price for projects To price all work in line with current market conditions To liase with consultants in the tender preparation To ensure all subcontract packages are sent out in good time To prepare tender settlement sheets and attend tender settlement meetings To check all tender document information is available and of a standard suitable for tendering To prepare tenders based on estimating proceduresApplicants for all positions mustHave proven track record Stable employment with the same company/group for three years or more No freelancers No job hoppers Professional Qualifications and/or Institute Membership Good References
