Role - European Account Manager - UK - responsible to UK Regional Sales Manager

Principal Responsibilities –

•Accountable for overall success of entire LEXAR Media business growth within your Region.
•Identify and engage with potential customers in order to promote the value of partnering with Lexar Media on memory sales programmes.
•Create, maintain and develop strong customer relationships with our customers.
•Develop and implement strategic direction for new and existing customers.
•Programme and continuously review milestones for ongoing customers.
•Co-ordinate projects and tasks between various Lexar Media department personnel and customer contacts.
•Through the development of existing customers and in-line with corporate strategy you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals for assigned customer accounts.
•Manage forecasts and liaise with Inside Sales Representative to ensure effective account management. Assist with credit, product and/or delivery issues as required.
•Achieving and where possible exceeding targets and deadlines
•Take on projects as required by your manager.

Person Specification (Higher weighting is more important) –

•10 - Degree in Electronics industry or equivalent.
•10 - Proven track record in extensive Etail/Retail Sales experience.
•10 - Strong commercial awareness/experience with the UK marketplace.
•10 - Ability to interact and market directly with key personnel from purchasing, marketing, IT etc right up to Executive and/or Board Level.
•10 - Personality: Confident - Professional - Self Motivated - Results Driven - Organised - Problem Solving - Negotiation.
•10 - Strong IT Skills - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages.
•10 - Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
