European Account Services Manager

We are recruiting on their behalf for an experienced European Account Services Manager. The key purpose of the role is to develop client relationships through effective leadership and efficient service delivery.

Reporting to the director this post will involve:
Managing a own portfolio including fee negotiations and budget reviews, promote the services provided and illustrate the expertise of the department and scheduling and rescheduling time scales.
You will review fee recoveries, produce VAT returns, approve management accounts produced by the team and invoice clients.

Team management responsibilities will involve ensure the team provide services to clients in a timely manner, cover any staff absence, train new team members and lead and contribute to team meetings.

To apply you will be CCAB qualified with similar experience in a similar role.
Due to the nature of the clients you will need to speak fluent Italian or German
