European HR Manager – Southern Netherlands with 20% European Travel
Circa €70k - €95k package, solid performance-based bonus potential, company pension scheme, private medical insurance.
• Our client is a market leading International manufacturer of added value engineered products, serving a broad industry sector including the construction and utility markets.
• They are seeking a hands-on, highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead their European Human Resources functions.
The Role
• Lead and protect the company’s culture and core values in addition to managing a wide variety of Human Resource functions including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training and Development and Policy Administration.
• Lead and manage the recruitment of professional, sales and management personnel for all European sites.
• Support career planning, succession planning, performance management, enterprise learning, resource planning and budgeting.
• HR representative for worker’s councils and union activity in the region.
• Manage pro-active employee relations activity.
The Candidate
This position is best suited for an energetic, highly-motivated and results-driven individual who is looking to join a solid, international company. Additionally they shall have:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources required. Master’s degree beneficial.
• Minimum 3 years of Human Resources management experience and at least 6 years of generalist experience.
• Excellent problem solving, organisational, written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Positive team attitude and a desire to challenge themselves as well as continuously develop and learn.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is Essential and a basic understanding of French or German would be advantageous.
