Our client is a dynamic and creative consultancy specialising in building successful brands for global pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. Based in Central London and part of a larger group of successful agencies, this company offers excellent career development opportunities and superb remuneration for proven individuals who deliver results.
They are currently seeking an Executive Creative Director with experience of leading and directing teams. A person with a very strong personality who will inspire and motivate. Dynamic with drive and passion who can successfully lead the Art, Creative and Copy teams, totaling 13 people in all. You must have good management skills and be used to conducting appraisals and debriefs. You are not afraid to challenge existing processes and implement new ones if needed. This position will report to the MD. Our client is ready to interview strong candidates immediately.
