Executive Employee Communications Manager

Our client is a leading technology organisation with a presence in over 123 countries and a turnover in excess of $13 billion worldwide. Due to their continual growth of their Business Process Outsourcing division they are looking to recruit an experienced Communications Manager.
As a Executive Employee Communications Manager you will working closely with the Head of PR and Internal Communications, create and implement long term strategy for internal / executive communications across Europe and the UK. Recommend, create and implement personal internal communications strategy for the European President and UK Managing Director. Develop, deliver and evaluate the internal communication plan and activities for both Europe and UK.
As part of the role you will need to facilitate resolution of any conflicting requirements. Research, develop and deliver the annual internal communications plans. This could include leading the creation, development and delivery of internal communication activities such as publications, presentations, internal events and ‘special activities’. Review internal communications plans regularly to ensure that they meet the current needs of the business. Work with countries that have some responsibility for internal communications, to ensure consistent messaging and deployment of the business strategy and direction. Recommend media / tactics / approach for effective delivery of successful internal communications. Together with Divisional Internal Communications Manager, provide consultancy for internal communications and be subject matter expert / centre of excellence for internal communications. Provide guidance to countries for best practices in internal communications. Manage staff that has responsibility for implementing elements of the internal communication plan, and developing and implementing UK and Europe sales force incentives.

Executive Employee Communications Manager Requirements:
• Experience and understanding of internal communications.
• Understand industry best practices in internal communication methods and employee incentives.
• Successful experience of managing others and suppliers.
• Experience of managing within budgets.
• Ability to think strategically, turn strategy into a deployment plans and manage the implementation.
• Creative and innovative thinking and ability to translate senior management priorities into internal communications strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• 1st class interactive and negotiating skills.
• Ability to balance varying internal customer objectives and activities, prioritise and deliver results.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills.
• Good decision making, strong builder of relationships and teamwork.
• Accurate financial management.
• Can work co-operatively as part of the PR and Internal Communications Management team
