We cover a wide range of sectors from Property and Construction sector to Industry and Commerce We have recently merged with a multi disciplinary group that provides recruitment services to a wide ranging client base largely in the East Anglia / SE region.
We are looking to recruit an Associate / Senior Consultant to help us capitalise more on this client base and to generate Executive search opportunities and deliver assignments for these clients.
We are looking for an experienced search consultant who has a strong track record of winning work and delivering assignments on assignments with salaries in excess of £75K.
Candidates will ideally have worked across a number of sectors, be residing in East Anglia within reach of offices in Cambridge and Peterborough and have knowledge of the East Anglia market place. The latter is not critical simply a preference.
We need people that can demonstrate the following:
• Successful sales in a tough market place
• A strong work ethic
• A commitment to networking and building strong client relationships
• Are self starters and can cope with some life on the road and some home working
• Are competitive by nature and wants to succeed
• Can work within a team and facilitate referrals and manage internal relationships
• Have the ability, the maturity and the social skills to engage with clients at the highest level
