EXPERIENCED SENIOR RECRUITER – ON-SITE / RPO ROLE – ABU DHABI
My client is looking to recruit a very experienced Senior Recruiter ideally from within Finance and Banking recruitment for an on-site position operating under an RPO function. You will be based directly on the site of one of this company’s prestigious clients.
This large organisation recruits internationally for companies including the likes of Ferrari and the London Stock Exchange and is currently involved in high profile projects within the UAE. This company operates from superb offices and looks after their staff from the minute you get into the office with breakfast provided. You will be seen as an important part of the company and not as an outsider looking in and therefore must be able to adapt to both company cultures and processes. The company has a a strong work ethic that involves all being collaborative, innovative & tenacious with an eye on profitability.
Your ROLE will involve recruiting Senior Levels candidates across a range of markets to include:-
Finance and Banking
Technical: Construction, Renewable Energies, Aerospace and Technologies
Property & Real Estate
Acquisitions
Healthcare, Hospitals & Hospitality
And many more…..
As the role covers such a diverse market range (all at senior white collar) my client appreciates that you may not have knowledge in all of the aforementioned sectors but would prefer Banking and Finance as a main priority as well as confidence to work in a search biased function as this RO position will heavily involve headhunting senior levels candidates such as Global CEO’s from the global market place into the local / GCC region.
PERSON SPEC: ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1.Ideally you will have worked in an on-site recruitment / outsourcing function or at least understand the process using you general recruitment / search skills.
2.You must be adept and able to adjust quickly to a culturally diverse environment.
3.You will be highly driven, and be able to work productively under pressure.
4.Ideally you will have experience of recruiting for the finance and banking industry or other professional, high level sectors
5.To apply for this role you will ideally have a proven track record of Headhunting at Senior level.
6.Must be able to maintain and build sturdy client relationships within the GCC at Senior Level and have the gravitas to sit in front of senior level clients and candidates.
7.You must be able to relocate to Abu Dhabi at short notice and be committed to spending the foreseeable future in this long term on-going project.
PACKAGE
This is a total package as it is not commission based, and therefore will pay everything in base of up to circa £50 - £70k per annum ( so that’s approximately 30,000 AED - 42,000 AED per month)
