External Reporting Manager

Hudson Cooper is recruiting an External Reporting Manager on behalf a Blue Chip company based in Hampshire. To manage the Groups' financial and statutory reporting requirements to ensure timely and accurate financial information is provided to all stakeholders to contribute and oversee the interim review and annual external audit process. To manage, coordinate and communicate the accounting issues of US GAAP in context of reporting the groups' overall results. Provide support to divisional finance teams and assist where appropriate with reporting issues and be able to provide analysis, interpretation and advice to executive management as required, this would entail ad hoc investigation analysis exercises. The successful candidate would be fully conversant in IFRS, UK and US GAAP with working knowledge of London listing requirements, to be good at building relationships and be an effective influencer and communicator.
