Factory Accountant

Reporting to the FD of this listed manufacturing and trading Group, an opportunity has arisen for a Cost / Management Accountant.
You will have strong financial analysis and modelling experience and provide financial and operational support across the company. Your objectives will be to: devise and implement appropriate best practice in costing methods and systems, pricing mechanisms, inventory management; ensure accuracy and completeness of sales and cost of sales in P&L and hence margin, costing data in IT database; develop accurate and useful and eliminate the need for the number of spreadsheets and crystal reports. You will work with IT team to devise, specify and implement a controlled methodology and make changes to programming in line with any variance in costing methods and systems.
Ideally you will be a qualified CIMA and come from a Manufacturing environment. Part Quals will also be considered.
