Factory General Manager
Staffordshire - Midlands (West)
We are recruiting a commercially aware Factory General Manager for an ambient food producer at a highly automated site operating a complex manufacturing process producing a range of branded produce supplying all major retailers. In order to provide managerial, people and technical leadership for performance focus and change leadership to deliver the site’s business expectations in all aspects of manufacturing we are seeking applicants who meet the following requirements:
• Strong leaders with ability to motivate, inspire and influence at all levels within business to deliver objectives.
• Degree qualified or equivalent (preferably in a technical/engineering discipline) with a minimum of 5 years FMCG manufacturing operations management experience ideally in food manufacture.
• Demonstrate strong change management experience, project management skills and a track record of performance delivery.
• Food Hygiene and IOSHH qualifications
• HACCP trained to a certification standard
