Finance Development Manager

Our client is a prestigious industry leading blue chip global organisation, with instantly recognisable brands. They now have this very exciting and commercial Finance Development Manager opportunity due to an internal promotion.

This role reports into the Head of Strategic Change & play an integral part in supporting the delivery of controlled change, so that operational financial objectives are satisfied. You will integrate transformational change programmes across the organisation into systems of financial control.

Key areas of responsibility include

- Business partnering with operations away from core finance dept
- Development of MI for the finance dept for analysis & decision making
- Being an active member of the management team driving through strategy

Some of the core duties include but not exclusive to the following:

- Leading and developing a high performing team providing clear direction and focus
- Taking ownership of business models to support ongoing projects
- Identifying and integrating change initiatives that impact structured finance transactions
- Provide advice and guidance supporting senior stakeholders to make decisions and business change

Person Spec..

- Qualified ACCA/CGMA accountant with min 3 years PQE or equivalent
- Proven management exposure within a commercial demanding business
- Ability to see 'big picture' keeping in line with company strategy
- Previous experience in providing high quality financial analysis & influencing stakeholders
- Exposure to change management and substantial project strategy experience is a pre-requisite
