Simply, we are seeking an experienced and highly corporate Finance Director with a demonstrable background within the financial services industry to join this exciting and prestigious venture.

The candidate
In line with the emphasis of the business and fellow directors, your career will have been focussed within the Financial Services sector – ideally within a corporate setting. Experience and knowledge of the IFA/fund management arena highly desirable.

An experienced senior finance professional with a strong track record of complex and robust financial controls, systems and processes. Experience of FSA regulations and compliance essential.

A consummate professional with a highly developed communication style, ideally you will have gained experience as a spokesperson to the financial press and have excellent connections within the financial services sector.

As an extension of this, you will be required to engage and build relationships with VC’s and investors – therefore you will possess a strong and confident presentation style, excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

You will be commercially focussed, naturally entrepreneurial and dynamic, yet driven by the need to ensure accounting systems are exact in preparation for due diligence, sale and exit.
