Our client is an international privately owned group with diverse business interests. Their Real Estate division is now looking to recruit a Finance Director/CFO to be based in Dubai, UAE. The company operates in commercial, business and residential quality projects of all sizes and complexity in select international markets. Candidates will be ACA/ACCA/ACMA, currently in an FD/CFO role but looking for a more challenging environment and the benefits that come with working in a booming economy with a tax free salary. This position requires an energetic candidate who has a wide range of experience including business development, corporate finance exposure, negotiations with banks etc. Candidates must have strong property experience backgrounds.
