Location: flexible with time spent in Swindon.
Our client is looking for an energetic Finance Director to support the growth of an exciting new start up business in the lesiure industry. The business has exciting growth plans over the next three years.
In the initial stages the role will be varied and will require someone who is able to drive the implementation of the basic yet essential financial processes and procedures whilst at the same time they must be experienced at dealing with the more senior stratgeic and financial negotiations and high level financial aspects of the role to support the growth of the business.
The successful candidate will ideally have a background in leisure/hotels/retail with experience of working in a "start up" environment as well as an understanding of a multi site business.
