Finance Director - West Yorkshire

You will join as Finance Director, day to day duties including:

- Contribute to the company's strategy and direction
- Set and implement financial plans and an operational budget
- Cash flow management including the preparation of cash projections
- Manage the preparation of monthly management information and draft accounts
- Communicates and provide management information to the Company's Stakeholders (inc the Bank)

The main focus area of the role however will be to oversee the growth of the business. through the growth of the number of UK based facilities of the company, most probably through acquisition.

As such, you will be tasked with seeking potential acquisitions, and liaising with the relevant professionals (bankers, lawyers etc).

You must be a qualified accountant and experienced Finance Director, with extensive experience of business growth and acquisition, ideally in Healthcare.

You must have extensive acquisition experience, with an excellent list of city / bank contacts needed to work for an acquisitive company.

To succeed in the role, you must have extensive knowledge of the Healthcare industry, and experience of dealing with contracts with the NHS, although people who can demonstrate growing a business in a related area successfully across a short period of time will also be considered.

Salaries will be negotiable depending on your background and match for the role, however will reflect the business critical nature of the role.
