Our client, India's largest pharmaceutical company, is an integrated, research based, international business, producing a wide range of quality, affordable generic medicines, trusted by healthcare professionals and patients across geographies. The Company is ranked amongst the top ten global generic companies and has a presence in 23 of the top 25 pharma markets of the world.
Due to expansion, the company is now looking to recruit a high calibre Finance Manager for Europe. The role analyses the performance of the European business, provides financial direction and assists in the preparation of financial reports for Europe.
The role will not initially have any direct reports but there are plans to recruit a further two Analysts into the team who will report to the Finance Manager Europe.
We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA), or equivalent with relevant post qualification experience in handling financial operations in a large accounting firm or in mid-size companies in industry. You will have advanced Excel skills and intermediate level of expertise with MS Office packages. The ability to prioritise and plan work is essential as it the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Being a multinational business, part of your role will involve gathering data from the other countries so an understanding of working with different cultures in the different countries would be advantageous.
