Finance Manager
Southampton - South Central / Coast
Hudson Cooper is recruiting exclusively for this successful, growing company based in Southampton.
You will have a small accounts team reporting and have responsiblity for monthly management accounts, annual statutory accounts, VAT and Corporation Tax reporting, monitoring and improving accounting processes and controls and other ad hoc reporting. In addition, you will need to build strong relationships internally with Sales & Marketing, Services, Warehousing etc and externally with banks, auditors, solicitors etc.
You must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with a strong background in financial management and be able to demonstrate the ability to implement change and motivate/manage a team. In addition, you will need good IT and interpersonal skills.
