Finance Manager

This highly successful fashion / clothing retail group with over 30 shops nationwide is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its rapidly growing and fast-paced business.
Based in Hertfordshire, the role provides an excellent opportunity to make a difference and add value to the organisation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director your key responsibilities will be to maintain and control the finance department on a day to day basis. Duties include: daily bookkeeping, VAT returns, bank rec’s etc, budgeting and forecasting, improving internal processes and controls; deliver management information for all business activities; implement financial system procedures where necessary. This is a fast-paced commercial environment where the demands from the entrepreneurial management are very high. Candidates will need to be at least Part qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or, with a track record of delivery in a similar retail or fast paced business sector. Experience of Pegasus Opera advantageous.
