Finance Manager

My client are seeking a Financial Controller for their office in IRAQ.
All travel costs, meals and accommodation is provided as is an attractive TAX FREE salary.

Supporting the Project Director you will be required to provide relevant, timely and accurate financial information and analysis to the business.
Implementation and future development of robust systems of financial control and accountability
Responsibility for the project cash and payroll functions
Preparation of the monthly payroll and social insurance returns
Maintenance of the cashbook
Prepare annual contract budget and annual forecasts, ensuring that all contractual changes and assumptions are captured
Provide business analysis to improve processes.
Staff management of two local staff
You will be a Qualified accountant or equivalent with demonstrable experience of working for multi disciplined businesses.
You will be a strong communicator, with experience of dealing with internal and external staff at all levels and be prepared to work in a tight security area.
Due to the nature of this business you will be required to undertake security vetting
