Expanding and highly successful consulting practice seeks ambitious Finance Transformation Consultant to lead growing practice.
Our client, an expanding and leading Blue Chip player (non Big 4) offers an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Finance and Accounting Consulting Leader to play a key role in the growth and development of the business.
The “CFO effectiveness” practice is established and successful and has considerable demand for its services, particularly in performance management, business case development, business risk and compliance as well as broader finance transformation.
As a result an opportunity has arisen to take on a leadership role, running the practice and key responsibilities will include: building on the existing presence in finance and performance management consulting, expanding this practice area to become a recognised player in the UK and EMEA market environment; develop a strong finance capability through the development of excellent client relationships at board level; delivery of consulting assignments.

• The role requires an experienced finance/accounting professional with at least 3 years experience in a management level role in a major consulting firm
• must be mobile i.e. willing to work away from home as required in a client facing consulting role
• Consulting practice leadership/line management experience
• Accountancy or MBA qualified
