Financial Controller

Our client is a leading global telecommunications and data services provider operating with a high growth strategy in 14 countries. It is a dynamic and agile player with a strong track record and is part of a $50Billion global corporation.

We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to lead the accounting and reporting team for the Republic of Ireland. The role will report to the Republic of Ireland Finance Director and will manage a significant team of around 60.
You will be directly responsible for ensuring financial control and integrity whilst playing a leading role in supporting development of the business. This includes managing all finance reporting to the holding company, management accounting, financial accounting and control, business reporting, commission accounting, credit and collections, revenue accounting and reporting. The role will also require the management of cross functional teams within a shared service environment.

This is an international role and, as a result, will involve some international travel to Dublin, Glasgow and India. A telecommunications or technology background would be useful but is not a pre-requisite
