Financial Controller

My client is looking for an experienced and driven finance professional to take control of one of its key service functions, and to get involved more widely in the business and its development. This will include the financial management of the overall business, including acquisitions and systems development.

The business is drawing together its central services provision under a single point of control to enable improved quality of service to be delivered consistently, and at the best possible value.

The main purpose of this role is to manage and direct the central services functions that are a critical part of the company's service delivery and to ensure that they help to deliver a high quality cost effective service and support that helps drive the business forward.

This is a key role and part of the senior management team for the business.

In order to successfully take this high profile role on, you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) and will come from the property sector either in your most recent post, or previously. You will also need experience of client accounting and multi-site operations. Experience of designing and implementing accounting procedures and controls is also essential for this role.
