Finance Director
My client is an expanding group which has ambitious plans for growth. They currently seek to strengthen their existing management team by appointing an exceptional Finance Director. They have grown from strength to strength over the last few years with an impressive year on year growth in turnover, and employing a number of people across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
•A member of the senior management team
•Manage and develop the finance department and the staff within
•Completion of financial reports in line with the company and group timetables to include budgets, forecasts, statutory and monthly management accounts
•Dealing with HR matters, including 3rd party legal advisors
Key Requirements
•Executive responsibility for the finance function is essential
•Experience working within a manufacturing or distribution organisation would be ideal
•Hands on experience of IT systems and management of an IT function plus MPR (materials requirement planning) system experience would be advantageous
•Experience in accounting routines, budget, statutory and monthly account preparation and group reporting imperative
•ACA or CIMA Qualified essential
•Man management
•Based North East
