Financial / Management Accountant
Central London - London
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager of this International Property Company you will supervise 2 staff and oversee the day to day accounting operations.
Key responsibilities are -
Ensuring timely production of the monthly Management Accounts, timely production of the monthly Financial Statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow Statements, provide appropriate commentary for the Directors, including variance analysis of actual to budget/last year. Oversee the preparation and production of yearly budgets. Deliver quarterly forecasts within strict deadlines to board level. Responsibility for preparation of audited financial statements, preparation of audit files and liasing with auditors to ensure timely completion of statutory audit. The role involves significant ad hoc analytical review for key directors and managers of the business. Ideally you will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified. Experience of SAP would be useful but not essential.
