Client
A flourishing niche consulting firm, dealing exclusively with advising the leading Financial Institutions in the UK. You will therefore not only be working with FS experts, but also to help continually shape and grow our client’s already highly reputable brand. There are 2 areas of opportunity:
· Retail Banking (Managing + Principal Consultant level)
· Life and Pensions (Consultant, Senior Consultant + Managing Consultant
Role
· Actively seek new opportunities to sell and shape new client engagements
· Lead the delivery of major change initiatives within either, leading Insurance or Retail Banking Institutions
· Seek ways internally and externally, to influence and grow the firm’s offering and brand within the marketplace
· Develop and manage existing client relationships
· Recruit, manage and lead consulting teams
Requirements
· Experience of managing large scale change projects within either Retail Banking or Life and Pensions institutions or consulting firms
· Thorough knowledge of the UK market, products, processes, systems in at least 1 of the following areas:
o Distribution/channel optimisation
o Customer strategy
o Outsourcing
o Cards and payments
o Operational efficiency improvement
o Risk management
· Experience of managing, developing and leading large teams
· Highly professional with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
· Eligibility to work in the UK
