Overall management accounts – getting involved in the analysis of the whole business;
Supervision of the external auditors to complete the financial returns;
File all necessary FSA returns and deal with all regulatory issues;
Produce and distribute all quarterly investor returns and draw-down notices;
Take the lead in setting up and maintaining all legal documentation for current and new investments;
Get involved in aspects of portfolio management and financial modeling.
