Fund Manager, London

Large institutional investor seeks a Fund Manager with a successful track record in Central European real estate investment management.
You will be responsible for the management of the fund and dealing with investors, ensuring that the fund achieves and exceeds its agreed performance objectives as well as maximising profitable fee income through retaining existing clients and securing new clients.

This position will include extensive travel.

The successful candidate will have a track record in European property investment management, including hands on experience of asset management (e.g. refurbishments, surrenders and renewals). An innovative thinker with investment acquisitions and disposals experience, as well as having worked with joint venture partners at a high level, will be preferred. Must have invested in and managed assets in the principal Central European property markets and have experience of setting up and managing externally orientated indirect property vehicles. You will be knowledgeable on the different taxation, legal and accounting issues in each Central European country, as well as who is looking to invest in the region.

If you are degree educated, RICS or ACI or ACA qualified, fluent in English and an additional European language, and have a superior knowledge in Central European real estate markets, apply now!
