An exciting and challenging opportunity is now available with one of our global clients based in Slough. Our well established client is looking for a General Manager to join their Late Phase department to provide strategic direction and support in establishing a global Late Phase Department and assisting the Executive Vice President of Late Phase. This position can be based in Slough or Edinburgh.
Requirements:
You will be required to provide detailed input into the overall Late Phase strategy for developing new budgets and proposals and assist in developing an appropriate costing tool. You will add value to proposals by ensuring that appropriate sections are tailored to include key components or unique selling points.
You will provide leadership or input to strategic initiatives for the department and represent the company for key client relationship management. You will have the opportunity to lead the functional management of the Late Phase business, globally. And you will ensure collation of country key performance quality metrics as appropriate and be involved in the design and implementation of global Late Phase SOPs.
To apply for this fabulous role you will have a Life Sciences degree or equivalent nursing qualification and an excellent understanding of clinical research terminology and processes. You will need a sound understanding of ICH/GCP and current regulatory framework within Europe, and significant experience in pricing models for Late Phase.
