Our client seeks to make a senior appointment as part of an expanding executive team.
The Group, which is based Co Durham, has established Steel Building and Builders Merchants Divisions.
The successful candidate will report to the Group Managing Director.
This candidate must have the following:
•Sales & Management experience within the steel/construction sector
•Demonstrable Commercial & Financial acumen
•Strong influencing & negotiation skills
•Excellent Project Management skills
Principal responsibilities will include:
•Full responsibility for the daily management and development of the steel building manufacturing and erection Division, serving industrial and agricultural markets.
•Lead responsibility for the commercial and sales expansion of the Division.
•Direct involvement in the integration of in-house Roundhouse manufacture as the project moves into volume production.
The Group has a progressive management succession strategy and, following initial achievement, the successful candidate would be invited to accept Group Director status.
The candidate will be an influential self-starter who is looking for the challenge and opportunity of a senior executive appointment.
