My client is a food manufacturer specialising in bakery and patiserrie products with a fantastic reputation for quality and excellence.
They are currently looking for a General Manager not only to oversee the busy food production, supply chain and heath and safety, but also to drive sales opportunities for the future.
Currently the products are sold through the clients own outlets, and are also distributed through select number of supermarkets and restauarnt companies across the UK.
In terms of character you will been to be gregarious, confident and able to bring a real buzz to the company. In terms of experience General Management knowledge gained in the sector is a must and a true sales focus essential.
