General Manager - Shopping Centre

Leading UK holding company currently on the look out for General Managers to come on board and oversee the day to day operations of some of the UKs most recognised shopping centres.

The role:
- To maintain and develop the best shopping environment for customers, tenants and staff
- To supervise maintenance contractors/suppliers to control costs and deliver service level agreements
- To oversee and implement the property management duties, including daily operational planning and marketing programs
- To forecast and manage cost centre expenditure within budget
- To transfer and implement best industry practices on the most efficient and effective ways
- To lead, coach and develop the property services team to meet future and present business requirements

Requirements:
- Experience of large 'iconic' shopping malls / commercial centres management (including handling key managerial positions)
- Experience of effective team working across multi-disciplined departments
- Strong track record in the delivery of targets
- Confident and comfortable in influencing at all levels both internally and externally
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certified Shopping Centre Manager from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) or equivalent a plus (but not compulsory)
