General Store Manager - Dublin

If so you have the opportunity to join one of the Ireland's most well respected blue-chip retailers as a General Store Manager. The retailer trade under a number of different brands & this recruitment drive is due to the succession of Great, High Calibre Manager's.

The duties and responsibilities associated with this role centres around an overall accountability Sales Budget of the store. This translates into P&L awareness, assessment and development of store practices in order to maximise sales potential, and a real focus on your colleagues and customers.

The ideal candidate should have store management or Area Management experience from a blue-chip supermarket retailer. You must have extensive experience within fresh foods also. You must be able to demonstrate both strong leadership as well as analytical skills. The culture embraces managing your people by leading by example and being hands on.
