Global Business Intelligence Manager

Global Business Intelligence Manager - Copenhagen - Competitive Salary plus Excellent Benefits Including Relocation.

You will have the opportunity to set, develop and refine the Business Intelligence strategy.

Responsibilities will include

- Establish and maintain the company's business intelligence strategy, optimise the Business Intelligence tools and implement policies that impact the entire organisation.
- Ensure that the company consistently achieve a high level of information management, enabling them to use data simulation tools and to execute their business efficiently and effectively.
- Implement and roll-out the Business Intelligence solutions identified.

Objectives will include:
- Development of the Company's Business Intelligence (BI) strategy including definition of Business Intelligence, strategic objectives, types of BI solutions and tools, BI framework and Business Intelligence roadmap.
- Positioning BI to be an enabler for the organisation to best decide, measure, manage and optimise performance to achieve efficiency and financial benefit.

Person Spec (higher weighting more important)

10 - Practical experience of implementing Business Intelligence as a management tool in an international large corporation
10 - Broad foundation in business intelligence
10 - Proven ability to research/develop specialist knowledge (both current and emerging) and align this with business requirements.
10 - Analytical, with evidence of strong research, problem analysis, judgement and decision making skills.
10 - Skilled in project management methods and leadership
10 - Excellent communication and presentation skills allied with good negotiation and persuasion skills
10 - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, coaching and inspiration of colleagues, allied to positive attitude and a team player
10 - Ability to analyze complex issues before creating/conceptualizing truly new methods, techniques and/or processes across job areas or functions
10 - Personality - self-starter, accountable, assertive, multi-tasker, organised, communicative, influencer, respected, resilient, energetic, creative and very driven
9 - Financial acumen - good appreciation of P&L
9 - Business process management will be an advantage
9 - Process Excellence/Six Sigma knowledge will be an advantage
8 - Ability to delegate and coach
