About the Client
Our client is a leading global security software organisation and one of the most recognised anti-virus brands within the consumer and SMB market place. The fast paced and dynamic nature of the business combined with their ability to spearhead innovation has allowed them to experience significant growth in the last few years with a core online business model which provides them with a powerful channel to market, complementing their emerging reseller and OEM channels. Currently employing over 350 people worldwide, and with growth plans in place to support their objectives, they are focusing on the development of a centralised global marketing team to drive synergy across their regional markets.
About the Role
You will be responsible for developing successful strategies to increase customer retention. Using all the tools available in the customer experience (web site, in-product messaging, product behaviour, email marketing) you will create a comprehensive plan to optimize renewal rates, product upgrades and cross-selling campaigns. Included is full tracking and analysis of efforts on both macro and micro levels.
Detailed responsibilities include:
Defining key metrics and tracking for strategies
Developing a thorough understand of product behaviours, capabilities and identifying necessary enhancements
Analyzing critical customer touch points to optimize performance
Working with Product Management and Web Production teams to implement ideas and improvements
Managing budget and forecasting revenue for programs
What We’re Looking For
Applicants should have online marketing experience – ideally managing online marketing programs for a specific product or line of products(s).
Experience and knowledge required with software subscriptions and online marketing – ideally with download products
A versatile set of skills is required to create, develop, execute and analyze online campaigns and user behaviour
Ability to consistently test, measure, and improve performance across retention efforts to maximize activity and ROI is a necessity
Experience with Web analytics tools
Excellent Excel skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and standard online marketing tools
Motivated personality to “own” channel/segment and grow revenues
We are interested in profiles with a background in Online businesses (i.e.across Travel, Content, Services, Gaming etc) or software services, telecommunications, mobile and broad technology.
About the Offer
Package details: Basic salary c£45,000 + benefits + bonus + relocation allowance
