This is an opportunity to move into a global role within a dynamic organisation, that will provide you with an innovative and autonomous position where you will take ownership for the development and go-to-market launch of all SMB focused propositions.

About the Client
The business is a leading global security software organisation and one of the most recognised anti-virus brands within the consumer and SMB market place. The fast paced and dynamic nature of the business combined with their ability to spearhead innovation has meant for significant growth in the last few years. A core online business model provides a powerful channel to market, complementing emerging reseller and OEM channels. Currently employing over 350 people worldwide, and with growth plans in place to support their objectives, the business are focusing on the development of a centralised global marketing team to drive synergy across their regional markets.

About the Role
You will work closely with the product strategy team to create innovative products and commercial bundles to launch into the different SMB segments – displaying an acute understanding of the market, key verticals and other drivers for this segment. You will be responsible for the communication of all SMB propositions across the business, to support brand positioning by driving acquisition & retention in order to create customer lifetime value. You will work closely with the Consumer Propositions manager to develop and launch dual propositions that can be customised for the consumer and SMB markets, with the aims of minimising cost and maximising on successful customer-centric offers.

What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will require demonstrable success in a hands-on proposition management role. You will require International marketing experience in SMB focused businesses. With strong commercial acumen and personal presence, you will relate well, both to customers and strategic partners. Additional language skills would be a benefit. Highly analytical and data-driven, but tempered by a good creative streak and real empathy for the SMB customer, you will drive groundbreaking initiatives and engineer step changes to fuel growth in this segment.

The role will require frequent travel to Western Europe as well as further afield to the US.

We would be interested in people with a background in software services, telecommunications, online gaming/content, mobile handset manufacturers and broad technology.


About the Offer
Package details: Basic salary £60 000 + package + bonus.
Location: Home Based, London or could be located anywhere in UK or Western Europe.
